In Your Own Words: Survey for Young People with Disabilities: extended

The Australian Youth Affairs Coalition (AYAC) has teamed up with the Australian Human Rights Commission as well as Youth Disability Advocacy Service and Children with Disability Australia to find out your views on decision-making, support and your dreams for your life and the lives of all young people with a disability.

The survey closes on Monday, 11 July 2012

Help us build a picture of what your life is like and what you would like to strengthen or change!

We know that young people with disabilities have few opportunities to be part of policy processes, to have their voices heard and become young leaders. Together we can change this!

What will we do with your answers?

The information will be promoted to the youth and disability sectors and across government. Ultimately we want to map out a way forward – as directed by young people themselves. And don’t worry, it’s all anonymous.

The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete.

Tell your friends!

AYAC is keen to hear from as many young people as possible, so please share this with your networks. We really do value your thoughts, ideas and experiences.
